Using Justice Against Us

I originally posted this piece on November 7th, 2008 over at the Campaign For America's Future. Obama had won the election, but Bush was still president. Some of the piece is necessarily dated, but I'm re-posting it here for a few reasons. The tiniest one is that CAF has changed their template, and now all block-quoted text is also italicized, which obscures italics used in the original post.
